About the author-
Marion Syversen received her Master's in business from Texas A & M and is the owner and president of Norumbega Financial, a nine year old investment and retirement planning service. Located in Hampden, Maine, it has been recognized for four consecutive years as Bangor's best financial planning firm.
A monthly contributing columnist for The Maine Edge, Syversen is the chapter founder and immediate past-president of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Bangor, and appears weekly as the financial expert for the region's CBS affiliate (WABI-TV).
A proud mother and grandmother, she lives with her husband and an English Springer spaniel. Real Deal: Making Big Changes with Small Change is her first book.
